Payment Plans and Schedules

LEARNING WHEEL CHILDCARE operates from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. For families needing additional flexibility, early drop-off is available at 7:30 A.M. Please ensure that children are picked up promptly by 6:00 P.M. A $10 extended time fee applies for every 15 minutes after closing, payable directly to the caregiver at pick-up.

We provide both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules to meet your family’s needs:

• Full-Time Care
  • Six or more hours per day
  • $1,800 per month for infants
  • $1,500 per month for toddlers and preschoolers
• Part-Time Care
  • Daily attendance for either a morning or an afternoon session
  • $1,500 per month for infants
  • $1,200 per month for toddlers
• Session Options
  • Session One: 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
  • Session Two: 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
• Flexible Daily Schedule
  • Up to three days per week
  • $1,500 per month for infants
  • $1,200 per month for toddlers
